- Renamed variables and function parameters related to MasterSlaveConstraints to use the term Constraints for consistency. - Updated all occurrences of "MasterSlaveConstraints" to "Constraints" in the ModelPartIO class. - Adjusted reading and writing methods to reflect the new terminology. - Ensured that error messages and logging statements are updated accordingly. - Removed redundant code related to slave degrees of freedom handling.

This PR extends MetisApplicationand ModelPartIO in order to give support to read constraints and gemetries to MPI.
