[Doc] Document the new system of equation classes (CsrMatrix, SparseGraph and SystemVector, and the corresponding distributed versions)

📝 Description

Based in unittest for the new classes this documents the corresponding classes with code examples. These classes will become in a near future the standard so a proper documentation was required.

🆕 Changelog

• Document sparse CSR matrix
• Adding DistributedCsrMatrix doc
• Initial sparse graphs add
• Adding system vectors docs

I did not find the classes in the wiki. Maybe were not located in the proper place. I can merge the doc if there is already some doc.
