[BUG] <short description>Back to Top button not scrolling smoothly

Steps to Reproduce

Description:-
When clicking the Back to Top button, the page instantly jumps to the top instead of scrolling smoothly.
In other parts of the site, smooth scrolling is working fine, but this button specifically does not apply smooth scroll behavior.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go on the about section.
2. Scroll down the page.
3. Click on the Back to Top button.
4. Observe that it directly jumps instead of smooth scrolling.

Expected Behavior

Clicking the Back to Top button should smoothly scroll the page to the top.

Actual Behavior

On clicking the back to top button on the about section it is instantly jumping to the top not smoothly scrolling up.
