Cleaned up about page.

Description

1. Fixed "Back to Top" link (href="#top") so it correctly scrolls to the top instead of reloading the page. (initially: "href='#')
2. Moved the back button to . Initially it was placed inside which is incorrect as interactive elements should not be placed inside .
3. Removed multiple versions of Font Awesome as it makes the code redundant. (kept latest version v6.5.2)
