JetBrains IDE wont suggest functions from Elixir library #3713

Hello, sorry to bother but I've tried everything and I can't find solution anywhere.
I'm learning Elixir and was excited to use the plugin for JetBrains since it's my daily driver, formatting, syntax highlighting works great, but I cant get it to suggest Kernel/Enum etc namespaces (Im working on Windows 10)
This are my settings:

am I doing something wrong?
edit:
tried updating my IDE to latest version, making sure plugin is the latest version, invalidating cache, restarting PHPStorm.
After Uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin, now I cant even put the SDK in, it just does nothing as shown on this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jnlxozdRoZE
