This PR:

  • Fixes typo
  • Fixes copy/paste bug in regression_test.py
  • Fixes deprecation warning-- numpy.ndarray is recommended over numpy.matix which is deprecated. ndarray does not have Hermition, so use conjugate transpose instead.
