In LLNL/radiuss-shared-ci#46, we are introducing support for performance measurement pipelines in RADIUSS Shared CI.

In this PR, we leverage this feature, which results in a simpler configuration on projects side:

  • The performance pipeline structure is now described in RADIUSS Shared CI, with some improvements like the use of exclusive resource.
  • The post-processing of the data now happens on gitlab side, which should reduce the amount of data to send over to github, at least in some cases (not for quandary specifically).
  • Projects remain in control of the process through the use of local scripts.
