- File-Names are LV-Crew.HostsManager.xxx.xyz

What you need to build:

- Microsoft Windows 7-10 or equal
- Microsoft .NET v4.0 or above
- Build with Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 Community Edition (v15.4.0)
- Make.Packages.bat use WinZip Command Line Tool (http://www.winzip.com/win/en/downcl.html)
- InstallForge-Installer (http://installforge.net/)

For branding:

- Default Icons from https://icons8.com
- Windows Icon generated with http://icoconvert.com/
- Homepage favicons generated with https://www.favicon-generator.org/
