update flatio json to permit sanitization

In corresponding with flat.io about #45, we got an interesting suggestion. We should explore this through our manipulations of the json

You can remove this line in the file:
"$adagio-formatVersion": 60,
This way the import system will use the sanitisation process to fix inconsistencies in the file.
If you can, you can send me the unaltered JSON file, so I can have a look at the difference between the two
files, and point you to what was incorrect.
