Cannot buy anything from the auction house

I just set up a fresh server. Everything seemed to be working except I cannot purchase items from the auction house. I can see it in the auction house and I can see it in the "Sales Staus".

It was in relation to the ah announcement module. However, that was updated a few weeks ago and solved the problem.
