This PR updates the config for v2 removing polynomial form and secure grpc flag.
Leaving the first to always work as coeff form, and the second as true.
After this PR is merged, v2-common crate should be published on crates io, and after that a new PR changing the version of the v2 crate should be done before publishing it.
