Update ko-KR.ini — complete Korean translation

Description

Complete overhaul of ko-KR.ini — all 2,199 keys translated and synced to current en-US.ini.

The existing Korean translation was ~7 months behind, with 1,116 keys containing untranslated English text and 89 keys missing entirely. 1,362 values changed in total:

• 1,116 newly translated — keys that previously had English placeholder text
• 234 quality improvements — tone/terminology fixes to existing translations
• 89 new keys added, 3 deprecated keys removed

Notable fixes:

• Tone consistency: mixed 합니다/하십시오 styles → unified to 해요체, standard for Korean SaaS
• Bug fix: tour.congratulations_kanban_text — "Don't hesitate to reach out" was mistranslated as "Don't contact us!" (meaning inverted)
• Stale source text: several keys contained English from an older en-US.ini version (e.g. menu.strategic_anchor still said "Strategic Anchors" instead of current "Focus Areas")
• Terminology: To-Do → 할 일, 코멘트 → 댓글, 귀하/당신 → natural phrasing, 시트 → 타임시트
• Locale: Y.m.d date, 24h time, ₩ currency, A4 page, Sunday week start

Validation:

• 0 placeholder (%1$s) mismatches against en-US.ini
• Cross-checked against de-DE.ini and cs-CZ.ini for format string consistency
• 0 unmatched quote pairs
• 0 remaining English-only entries (excluding technical format strings)
