How to make the popup background translucent?

I noticed that it was possible in the non SwiftUI version using:

popupBar.isTranslucent = true
popupBar.backgroundColor = .clear

However I'm not sure how I'd accomplish this in SwiftUI.

isTranslucent is not an available API anymore.

Use popupBarCustomizer() and modify the standardAppearance object.

Hrmm does that allow me to edit the popup's (non-bar's) background?

.popupBarCustomizer { popupBar in
    popupBar.inheritsAppearanceFromDockingView = false
    popupBar.standardAppearance.backgroundColor = UIColor.yellow
}

Just using ^ as a test it seems to edit the bars colors, where as I want to make the popups internal content background translucent.

I'm not sure I understand. Do you want to have the bar have blur but have some custom tint? If so, set the background color to a color with an alpha component that is lower than 1.0.
