Steps to reproduce the issue
Try to load an underlay scene from "Load from Database > Scene" and select a scene that currently isn't loaded, upon clicking on the scene you want loaded, the option box closes, and nothing happens and you are unable to load any environments that use the underlay scene you wanted to load.
