Allow file_size of less than 1MiB

I had a 800KB file that froze up nvim: https://embed.smashystream.com/pl3.js?v=0.13

Disabling TS highlight and illuminate unfroze nvim, so I think it's safe to say even files under 1 MB can be problematic
