Explore BMBF support

At least direct upload to BMBF could be supported in the future. I'll have to check if there is any way to see the already present maps there.

Since 2324d5b, the --noextract option is available (see #10). For a basic BMBF support the only thing left is to upload the resulting zipfiles automatically.
