Rename "Place" attribute to "LocationSpecifier" in APIs geograpicSite

LocationSpecifier allows to use ref or value fieldedAddress, formattedAddress, referencedAdress and geographicLocation.

Place is still used for POQ, Quote, and productOrder APIs
