Milestone for the first [pre-alpha](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Software_release_life_cycle#Pre-alpha) release version. A [pre-alpha](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Software_release_life_cycle#Pre-alpha) version refers to all activities performed during the project before formal usage. In our entire pipeline of projects, we used the **[Semantic Versioning](https://semver.org/)** to support our versioning system. Under this versioning scheme, version numbers and the way they change convey meaning about the underlying components and what has been modified from one version to the next. This milestone is complementary to the [0.1](https://github.com/opprDev/repo-template-datasets/milestone/1) from the [`repo-template-datasets`](https://github.com/opprDev/repo-template-datasets) repository of [opprDev](https://github.com/opprDev).
