Our staff teams for all Circles websites are divided by roles. Staff members can have one or multiple roles.

The leader of our staff team is here to make sure that the website is doing well! They make sure we all get things done together and the website keeps getting new users everyday.
They're also the decision maker in case of conflicts that can't be resolved via votes.

Supervises and helps the creation and growth of all the websites. Advises but generally doesn't interfere with the managers' decisions.
The finances manager keeps track of our monthly spending and donations, makes sure donators get their rewards, and we have enough funds every month to cover the server and other expenses.
Knows all the team members and discuss with them on a regular basis to make sure they are all active.
Ensures that the staff team is only composed of active members, keep track of members who are taking a break, regularly check with members if they're still interested, and help members retire if they want to.
They are also in charge of assigning and revoking most permissions.

We gather all the game data in one convenient place for you~ Some of our team members extract the assets and data directly from the game, some enter missing info manually. We do our best to publish all the game data as soon as it gets published!

This position checks all the song information for inaccuracy, can find BPM of songs, and are willing to either be able to mine the note count or play the song within a few hours of its release and provide accurate note count.

↳ Regional
These positions are probably the most difficult. You are required to update the community information for events, gacha, card/song availability, and so on related to your particular server (JP/TW/EN/KR). The main staff will be available to lean on if you have questions and so on, however you must be invested and self-motivated to keep the stream of updates constant.

This position helps run all avenues of contact. You may be required to interact with random users, or even people you may not particularly like and answer their questions about the site or the game. Patience is key with this role. Scheduling tweets, keeping up with the game and other news is a given.

We want all of our users of all ages to have a pleasant a safe stay in our website. That's why our team of moderators use the website everyday and report anything that might be inappropriate or invalid!
Primarily, your goal is to make sure the community posts are up-to standard as outlined in our Activity ToS. You are tasked with skimming user posts daily, reporting offending posts.

When something gets reported, our team of decisive moderators will make a decision on whether or not it should be edited or deleted. This 2-steps system ensures that our team makes fair decisions!
You have to make decisions precisely and without any bias. You also check account details for falsified information or a member’s verification. You're then sending out applicable warnings to offenders.

We keep the community active and happy by organizing fun stuff: contests, giveaways, games, etc. We're open to feedback and ideas!
Host & create special contests/events and engagement. This is technically a sub-role for all community roles (except translation), as it’s the staff team’s responsibility to keep our community active and engaged.

↠ Community entertainers guide
Our system administrators take care of the infrastructure of our websites, including maintaining the servers, deploying new versions, ensuring that we scale according to traffic and under budget, and overall infrastructure monitoring.
ℹ️ We also work with contributors who are not part of the staff teams. Contributors are shared roles for all our websites.
Contributors roles alone do not make you part of the staff teams, but part of the contributors team.
Many people can't understand English very well, so by doing so our amazing translators work hard to translate our websites in many languages. By doing so they're helping hundreds of people access the information we provide easily and comfortably.
Probably the most self-explanatory position, they provide quick and accurate translations when other staff need it to post the news, cards, events, and stamp translations among other things. We do not require literal translations, and a localization approach is not frowned upon either.
This could be a good fit if you:
- Are extremely interested in BanG Dream!
- Speak/Write Japanese at at least an N4 Rating (N3 Preferred)
- Online consistently when Events/News come up (8PM-1AM EST)
Our graphic designers help with banners, flyers, or any other graphic edit we need to communicate about the website or organize special events.
Our artists help with illustrations and drawings we need to communicate about the website or organize special events.
Developers contribute to the website by adding new features or fixing bugs, and overall maintaining the website.
Our donators give us some of their hard earned cash to help pay for the monthly server fees. They are the reason why our websites can be free for all users!
Help make the server more organized and clean it up, but also make it more fun!
- Keep the channels SFW, respectful, nice and positive
- Regularly cleanup the server from intruders (non staff / non contributors)
- Create channels, emotes, bots
- Come up with rules and make sure they're applied
- have been a member of the Circles server for a while (as a staff or contributor)
- have experience with Discord management
- have some time on your hands, enjoy lurking
