Twitter Detailed role

This guide is a work in progress.

JP New cards ⚠️

  • ⚠️ VERY Time sensitive (< 1 min)
  • 🇯🇵 Japanese version
  • 7am UTC - 4pm Japan
  • Happens 4 times / month
  • Announcement dates are known in advance: 10th, 15th, 25th, 30th/31st

Detailed tasks

  • 1st tweet, prepared before the announcement:

    • You have to be online when new cards get released, have the tweet ready on your computer (you don't need to know anything in advance, the only thing that changes in that tweet is the image - see template)

    • Then when it's the exact time, go to llsif.info/jp and save the banner

    • Add the banner to the tweet you prepared in advance

    • Copy the content of that tweet - you'll need it later

    • Hit "Tweet"!

    • Open your own game and go to the scouting screen

    • Take screenshots of the new cards, with the bottom bar

      • the SSR
      • all the SRs in one screenshot
        • on your computer: if they're not in the same line, add &rarity=SR at the end of the URL
        • on your phone: you should have an option to get the desktop-like view

    • Paste the previous tweet - we're re-using the same content

    • Images should be like this:

      • 1st image: cropped scouting screen
      • 2nd image: UR
      • 3rd image: SSR
      • 4th image: all SRs

  • Cards tweets

    • For each card, starting with the UR, we write a tweet with basic stats

    • Just change the first name, attribute, skill, position in the ranking and link

    • The image is the screenshot of the card from sukutomo

    • Do it for each card one by one, and start with the highest rarities, UR, SSR, then SR, then N!

    • the N also gets her tweet~

    • It can be a thread or separate tweets, it doesn't matter

    • You might wonder why, it's because people like retweeting just the card they really like! They usually retweet the one with all the cards (either 1st or 2nd), then retweet their best girl card~

    • It's only when both URs of a set get released, so once every ~3 weeks, I'd say?

    JP Events Announcements

    • 1st tweet must be out max 1 min after announcement, other tweets as soon as possible but not as important

    Detailed tasks

    • Announcement

      • You have to wait for the database maintainer to create the event though, but you can get the tweet ready in the meantime!
      • Go to llsif.info/jp/, download the banner
      • Write the tweet with the event type and the 2 idols
      • Then once the event is in the database, paste the link and hit tweet!

    I recommend you to subscribe to get notified when klab game station starts streaming! they you can either watch the thing or just wait and only watch the love live part i think the love live part is usually at the beginning so you don't have to watch everything they sometimes announce things in advance! so just like EN daily content, when they announce something on klab game stations, you tweet about it~ this goes for things they confirm as well! here's a "confirmation" tweet for example: https://twitter.com/schoolidolu/status/842211749461819392 with the screenshot of the show most of the time though, the only thing you'll have to tweet about is the b-sides exclusive songs there's 2 separate tweets to make: https://twitter.com/schoolidolu/status/839682872415932416 1st tweet has one image: the jacket of the song 2nd tweet has 2 images: screenshot of the show with the jacket of the song visible + screenshot of the show with the tips to clear the song

    for love live news it's a little bit more time consuming, because you have to follow all the news from various platforms very closely. "Love Live" means the whole license, not just the game, which includes the anime, the concerts, the merch, events, etc(edited) did you also set the alarms for new reddit posts? that's requried for love live news for love live news i also recommend you to get notifications for most of the twitter accounts that were listed in the video another good thing to know: most of the time new love live things get announced at 9 am or 10 am japan time so it's a good time to check most important things get announced on twitter, and most of the time the official tweet will link to the official love live website with an article that gives more information can you speak Japanese? most of the team can't, but google translate and the context is usually enough to understand what the news is about if you still can't guess, feel free to ask people in #chat, other people might help understand what the news is about download images to illustrate the new thing and take screenshots if needed as well then write a tweet to summarize that if you can't fit everything in one tweet, you can write an activity on school idol tomodachi (here's how: https://github.com/SchoolIdolTomodachi/SchoolIdolAPI/wiki/How-to-post-an-activity%3F) and link to the activity in your tweet GitHub SchoolIdolTomodachi/SchoolIdolAPI SchoolIdolAPI - The ultimate resource for LLSIF players

Twitter you can also bookmark that link for future reference 😃 ryuko - Today at 11:21 AM sounds great 👌 db0 - Today at 11:21 AM they're all pretty much the same, just the text changes slightly you can also change the image to add 1 day left or 2 days left, you don't have to it's easy to schedule all of them in a row because the text is very similar, so you copy paste, edit, schedule, and again for the next one 😃 the tricky part is figuring out the right time to tweet for the halfway through the time doesn't matter that much for the others it has to be 48 hours before, then 24 hours, then 12 hours, then exactly when it ends it's a bit tricky, so to make sure i tweet them at the right time, i use this: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html?iso=20170420T030000&p1=1440&p2=248&p3=236&p4=224
