Requirements

• Your rank is above 50

• Your account on School Idol Tomodachi is filled with at least:

• all your URs (if you have any)

• all your SRs (if you have any)

• if you don't have any SRs or URs, add all your Rs

• your Friend ID

• your Rank

• Your School Idol Tomodachi profile is not private

• For Gold, we can only check JP/EN accounts on iPhone/Android

Before sending your request, we highly recommend you to check that you entered all your cards.

Silver Verification

• Make sure you fulfill the requirements

• Open the game you want to get verified

• Go to "Other" (その他) then "Profile" (プロフィール) and take a screenshot

• Go to "Members" (部員) then "Member List" (部員リスト), order by "Rarity" (レアリティ) and take screenshots of all the pages that have URs or idolized SRs

• If you have SR/UR cards in your album (you used to have them but you sold them or used them in training), also take a screenshot of the said card in your album.

• If you have SR/UR cards in your present box, also take a screenshot of the card in your present box.

• Send an email to verify@schoolido.lu with:

• a link to your School Idol Tomodachi profile

• the screenshots

• "Silver" in the subject

• No need to refresh your profile, we will tell you when you're verified!

Gold Verification

• Make sure you fulfill the requirements

• Generate a transfer code on the game. How to generate a transfer code?

• Send an email to verify@schoolido.lu with:

• a link to your School Idol Tomodachi profile

• the transfer code (screenshot or numbers)

• if you play on Android or iPhone, EN or JP

• "Gold" in the subject

• No matter when you send your email, your account will be verified anytime when there is no event going on.

• If you don't play during an event or you don't care, we can also verify you during events. Say so in your email.

• If for some reason you would like to be verified at a specific time or on a specific day, please also send a request here with at least 3 different options.

• If you still play between events, we can notify you before we start the process. Ask for it in your email.

• We will enter the transfer code in one of our devices and check the info. We're not going to do anything with your LPs, lovecas, cards, or anything else :)

• Then we will send you the new transfer code by email. How to enter a transfer code?

• Note: The device used to verify will not be used for anything else until you take your account back, to make sure you don't have any trouble. In consideration to others that want to be verified, please take it back as soon as possible!

• Note: Your preferences are reset when your account is transferred:

Bronze Verification

This verification only lets you change your rank above 200. It does not give you a visible sign of verification on the website, since we did not verify your cards. The only reason you would want this verification is if your rank is above 200 and you do not wish to go through Gold/Silver verification.

• Make sure you fulfill the requirements + your rank is above 195

• Send an email to verify@schoolido.lu with:

• a link to your School Idol Tomodachi profile

• "Bronze" in the subject

• We will enter your friend ID in the game and check your rank.

• We will tell you when your account has been set as verified and you'll be able to set your rank above 200.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does it mean to be "verified"?

It means the School Idol Tomodachi staff officially certified that your account is real (see What do you verify?).

Do I have to?

Absolutely not! Feel free to use School Idol Tomodachi the way you want. Verified accounts is just a service we provide for people who want it.

However, to make sure the players ranking makes sense, we do not allow non-verified accounts to have a rank above 200. Thanks for your understanding.

My rank is higher than 200 and I'm still waiting to be verified! That's frustrating!

If your rank is higher than 195, you have the priority over the other requests, so you can send an email to Deby directly: deby@schoolido.lu

What do you verify?

• Friend ID
• Rank is equal or higher to the one on your profile
• URs and idolized SRs (except Bronze verification)

Do I have to get verified again when I rank up or get new URs?

No, you're considered a trusted user.

However, if your rank jumps too fast or you get too many URs at once, we might ask you to send us a new proof.

How long does it takes to be verified?

It completely depends on how many people asked to be verified. We do our best to verify you as soon as possible, but we sometimes get overwhelmed with requests. If you haven't heard from us in a month, you may consider that your request got lost and we recommend you to resend it.

What if I get new SRs or I rank up after I send my verification email but before I get verified?

No worries, we check that the extra cards were added after the date of your email and we allow a reasonable amount of extra levels.

However, note that doing the extra verification of cards dates take some time, so if you don't mind sending updated screenshots, that's a big help for us.

What happens if there are missing cards or extra cards?

We remove the cards you don't have and we add the cards you forgot to add - in School Idol Tomodachi, of course, not in the game.

If you don't want us to do that or if you wan't to be notified about the changes we made, just say so in your email.

Who's in charge of the verification?

Verifications are done manually by the staff of School Idol Tomodachi:

• Bronze & Silver are verified by Engil or Deby
• Gold are verified by Deby

I changed my mind, can I get [..] verification instead of [...] verification?

Sure!

Can I be both Gold and Silver?

No, you can't have both stars on your profile, but being Gold implies that you're Silver since we check the same things.

I don't like this feature. Why did you do that?

The main reasons for this feature are:

• We recently got tons of fake accounts, and that's not cool
• We are currently working on a "Safe Transfer" feature with the admins of the Facebook Trading group, since a lot of scammers steal accounts so they need a trusted platform
• Lots of people set their rank very high just to be on top of the ranking on the website, not cool.
• We made a survey, and the most popular feature were verified accounts. Which is probably because badges on profiles look cool :)

Gold Verification FAQ

Will I lose my lovecas if you transfer my account?

We have an iPhone and an Android phone to verify your accounts, so you will not lose any loveca.

What are the devices you use to verify accounts?

• Android EN: Nexus 7 first generation, Nexus 7 last generation, Galaxy Nexus
• Android JP: Nexus 7 first generation
• iOs JP: iPhone 5
• iOs EN: iPhone 5

Note about transfer codes

Though it is a common practice to share transfer codes throughout various LLSIF communities, note that sharing your transfer code with a third party goes against the KLab Terms Of Services.

If, for this reason or any other reason, you do not wish to send us your transfer code, we recommend you to go with Silver verification or no verification at all.

What are the benefits of a Gold Verification over a Silver Verification?

It shows a higher level of trust. But it's mostly the pretty gold star.

How can I make sure I can really trust you?

We already verified a lot of accounts, and all those happy players got back their accounts very quickly without losing anything.

If you prefer not to trust us, that's OK. We totally understand. You can go for the Silver Verification! (or no verification at all)
