A quick file search and app launcher for Windows, because I got tired of existing search.
Shabang is a file searching / help tool for Windows, built with Tauri.
- Search for apps and files on system.
- Search environment variables.
- Uses Everything + Windows indexing.

Bangs are shortcuts that start with an exclamation point like, !calculator and !file

- custom indexing / memory of recent searches
- better sorting
- index application folders
- index certain keyword folders ( Steam, github folders (not files or node modules)), some appdata files
- sort by filetype (exe > documents + media (minus .txt) > unknown > .zip > code files > txt / blank files )
- ignore certain folders ( program data etc )
- set search options
- better formatting

- Show recently opened stuff / often accessed
- index commonly accessed folders, within reason
- show recent browser history, within reason ( only major sites, no banking etc )
