What's the use-case of this module? As in, what's the problem it's trying to solve?

This module is designed for Android devices that no longer receive official system updates, such as the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE. (my phone)

It keeps timezone data up to date by downloading and installing the latest IANA tzdata via Magisk. This is especially important in regions like Iran, where timezone policies have recently changed, for example, the discontinuation of daylight saving time and outdated tzdata can cause incorrect system time.
