Trying to visualize logs translated in Italian on GUI

Hello everyone , I work in a company based in Italy , I have to complete a task: returning in output error logs translated in Italian on gui. I've found a tool for the shell called translate-shell and it works. The solution i was thinking about is to save the translated logs into a new file , compress it and make it interactable with the gui.
Does this approach may work ? Can you give me some advices? Thank you so much :)

Hey @JacopoCappelli are you talking about the content of the log files e.g. evm.log or something which is displayed on the UI? If it is something you see on the UI our I18n/L10n should take care of the localization for you. Are you adding a new feature to view the logs in the UI?

thank you so much @Fryguy , I was thinking about that solution, I can propose it , so forcing ManageIQ to sent logs in a file is not possible?

We used to send to a file, but because of the different deployment types we had to change it (mainly for on disk storage reasons). I can't remember if it can be revealed or not.

@JacopoCappelli what I'd recommend is to write a utility that takes our journald log output and streams it through your translation tool and can write that to a file (or back to journald)

Overly simplified and untested example

journalctl -t evm -f | trans > evm.it.log

Okay so now it is tested haha this seems to work really well:
$ journalctl -f | trans -brief :it >> journal.it.log

$ tail -f journal.it.log

(slack is really noisy on logging but is a good example)
