Dynamic Code Mobject with animations

I created a DynamicCode Mobject which is a drop-in replacement for Code Mobjects and allows editing the code as well as provides custom animations that look much nicer (my opinion) than a generic Transform from one Code Mobject to another. As far as I can tell, this has not already been done before, and should be very useful for presenting animated code blocks in Manim.
