change OAFeat terminology and MapServer port

Thanks @tomkralidis (and for the help in the workshop).
I've updated to use ports 7000 (for MapServer) and 7001 for the front-end container. I wanted to keep the ports together, and there are no official uses of these ports listed at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_TCP_and_UDP_port_numbers
Using 7000 also avoids a clash with the GeoPython workshop ports.
