[Bug] Cursor jumps backwards when quickly typing after Bold command (Command-B)

Steps:

Command-B while no text is selected. type "word" quickly.

Results:
insertion point shifts after first character and an asterisk is deleted.

Thank you for reporting, this is a very interesting finding.

However, I was not able to reproduce even after trying multiple times.
