Improve PK$ANNOTATION and ass assignments to peak list #285
Description
Currently we have a tabular format with free text for the peak annotation. In addition, the annotation is not link to the peaks in the peak list (PK$PEAKS and PK$ANNOTATION).
We can imagine to include mzPAF recommendation into MassBank record format.
Furthermore, the validator needs to check whether every annotation has an unambiguous peak assignment in the peak list.
