我好像知道为什么放弃了……这页有个 Loader ，得想办法在进入退出页面以及刷新页面时给这个悬浮卡片也添加上和 PanContent 同步的动画 还不能在 Loader 里挂钩子，因为翻页时 Loader 也会启动并且正常结束…… 但这功能挺需要的（，试着改一改 MyPageRight 的逻辑 |

写了一下，主要是整理一下 PageDownloadMod 的代码以及实现这个 feature ，现在除了悬浮卡片的动画之外基本都齐了

无需返回顶部也能换页：让换页的按钮固定显示在启动器底部，而不是翻到页底才显示
原因
这样不用每次换页都疯狂滚鼠标滚到页底
