2 options to add for modlist command: author and platform

A neat extra commands I would like to see in the modlist command:

pw modlist author

Include the mod author(s) names in the modlist

Something less important but could be useful:

pw modlist platform

List if the mod is modrinth, curseforge etc mod

getting the "author" would probably require API usage or parsing the jars manually...
but the platform is easy enough, I can definately add that

Well I have done a lot of major reworks for packwrap, so potentially I can add access to public api's for authors, and in the modlist command to add the source, that should be plenty possible now, will see the feasibility of it later
