I have some capacity to progress this during next sprint (and remainder of this calendar year). I am familiar with Kirsty's code and have used it before, so happy to be assigned this PR (I'll probably create a new branch as it has likely fallen well behind the trunk). |

Zubair's Cell Stat code. I'm not sure what further work it needs, but we'll see.
