add default kgo options

The kgo update script will provide a default username of the current user and default platforms of azpice ex1a to reduce amount of typing.

Sensible options have been used to display a prompt message and remove the reading of escape characters by allowing backslashes to be read. This look's good to go great work James !

Seems sensible to me now that we have one set of platforms and the username is the same on both :)
