Archive in favor of jam:offline

So there is jam:offline package which seem to be aiming to be aiming to succeed this package.

I'm inclined to archive this project in favor of @jamauro and his package. But before that I would like to hear what everyone else thinks?

The migration to Meteor 3 is already causing me a lot of trouble (I'm significantly behind schedule). If we could at least temporarily maintain this package, that would be fantastic, I must admit.

@mathiasbie did you give #216 a try?

If I can get feedback on that PR I'll be happy to release a new version with that to help ease the pain.
