Update the nannou_laser dependency to 0.14 once it is published #42
Description
Currently the smode_laser Rust library depends on nannou_laser via the master branch of the nannou git repository. Once 0.14 is published, it might be worth switching the dependency to this to ensure a little more stability. This is a reminder for myself to come back and do this when the time comes.
