Only oak barrels can be crafted

The recipe for oak barrels uses ore dictionary planks and the oak barrel recipe always takes precedence when the game is internally resolving conflicts. This means that if you try to craft a jungle barrel with jungle planks, you get an oak barrel instead.

If you have NoMoreRecipeConflicts installed, you have the ability to choose the second option in the list, which allows you to craft the wood-specific barrel, but without NMRC there is no second option, and those barrels are simply not craftable.

I tested this in an environment with only LW v1.78.0 and JEI installed.

The covered oak barrel does not suffer from this issue.
