[Bug]: Compendium not being created

[BUG]

I do all the normal stuff to create a compendium, open up a meteor and place a item frame with a book next to the liqud esscene, but nothing happens. I have made a book and quill and done the same, as well as sigin the book and still nothing has happened. I do not know why this is, I have also created the arcane compenidum with a bucket of liqud esscen and it has not unlocked my wizard abilites. request help

Hey! Just so you know you are able to get around the bug. The new way to craft the book is with the bucket of essence and a book. Sometimes when you craft it, it won't unlock the magic which is anoying but there is a way around it. You can disable the requirement to craft the book in order to unlock magic in the config. If you arent familiar with config files you could install the mod configured to make it easier. There should be an option in the config that disable the compendium requirement or something like that. In this instance you will be spawned in at lvl 0 with likely no mana. The mana fixed itself after i died and started regening. As for the occulus you wont start with any skill points since you start at lvl 0 instead of 1. To get around this I simply gave myself 3 points since that is what you normally start with and started the mod like normal.
