When to update the topic of agents?

Is the topic of specific memory agents (such as core memory agent, episodic memory agent and etc) updated somewhere? I only find the update of topic from chat agent and meta agent.

The topic of the specific memory agents is not updated. When meta-memory-manager sends the information to specific memory agents, the retrieved memory is sent along with the information. Thus, the specific memory agents do not need the topic to retrieve the memories.

It seems that "retrieved_memories" variable wasn't passed down here. Can specific memory agents actually access this information? Or have I missed something?

You can check the file mirix/agent/agent.py, the retrieved_memories is passed.

Yes. But after specific memory agent has been triggered, it comes to "send_message" function in "LocalClient" class, "retrieved_memories" is not used and might be lost.
