Feature Request: add support for macOS 15.4

macOS 15.4 is rolled out today April 1st, 2025. There seems to be some known issues with it:

• rsync requiring read access for src argument (Fix rsync on macOS 15.4 #3157)
• comm output is different (Fix comm usage on macOS 15.4 #3161)
• lldb debugger crashing (requires Xcode 16.3)

This issue is to track that these issues get fixed here if needed or a workaround is listed.

The behavior of sort and comm has also changed in macOS 15.4.
We use comm to check target IDs here. We need to sort the input to comm, otherwise the diff may contain valid targets and we error out.

To see the issue, run:
comm -23 targets.txt unsorted.txt outputs @@//iOSApp/Source:iOSApp ios_sim_arm64-dbg-ios-sim_arm64-min15.0-applebin_ios-ST-076e152330dd on macOS 15.4

Running unsorted.txt through sort results in the expected behavior:
comm -23 targets.txt sorted.txt outputs nothing.

lldb also seems to be broken, here is the behavior im seeing with:

• macOS 15.4
• Xcode 16.2
• iOS simulator 18.3.1

Steps:

• add a break point

• run the app

• app pauses waiting for lldb to attach

• lldb crashes with:

  Couldn't find the Objective-C runtime library in loaded images.
  Message from debugger: The LLDB RPC server has crashed. You may need to manually terminate your 
  process. The crash log is located in ~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports and has a prefix 'lldb- 
  rpc-server'. Please file a bug and attach the most recent crash log.

Regarding the LLDB Crash, here's what I have in the Launch log on Xcode after attaching to the process PID

Setup:

• MacOS 15.4 Public
• iOS 18.4 Public
• Xcode 16.3 Public

Lost connection to the debugger on “iPhone”.
Domain: IDEDebugSessionErrorDomain
Code: 22
Recovery Suggestion: Restore the connection to “iPhone” and run “MyTarget” again, or if “MyTarget” is still running, you can attach to it by selecting Debug > Attach to Process > Target.
Please collect and attach a [sysdiagnose](https://developer.apple.com/bug-reporting/profiles-and-logs/) from “iPhone” when reporting issues.
