Download in MO2 are practically unlimited, you can download a collection and see your connection drop to kilobytes because there is no control to download limit

A download-manager style "Maximum download" or "download queue" options
Describe alternatives you've considered
Options in downloads section part of settings where user can choose how many mods can be downloaded at the same time, preventing speed drop by restricting maximum download limit and allowing user to only download several mods at the same time instead of overwhelming the downloader.
