Pick a packaging tool and stick with it?

Currently this package is on both GH packages and RubyGems and I'm not sure it needs to be on both. There seems to also be a naming conflict as GH packages doesn't like caps in the package name


Interested in thoughts on this from other people with more experience publishing packages.
