Path To Power is a primarily PvP game, with PvE elements. You start out as a nobody, and via selling drugs, killing NPCs and fighting players, you will gain reputation (EXP) which unlocks more things to buy and do.
Create factions (gangs), and take over cities - one by one.
The goal of the game is whatever you make it. Whether its becoming the wealthiest player, the one with the biggest faction or highest reputation. It's up to you.
As you start the game, you would want to get the money you have in your bank and find the nearest Drug Dealer(s) (you will have to run around to find them initially).
Buying and selling drugs is the main route to making money in the game (however not only one), and will also net you a small amount of Reputation (EXP) every time you sell them.
If you are killed, you will drop everything you have on you, including your money. So make sure you are not carrying all the money you have on you. Instead deposit excess money to your bank account (go to a bank, and type /deposit).
Reputation is not permanent. You loose reputation when you are killed and if you kill certain NPCS (like drug dealers and Druggies). Reputation, as it increases, unlocks more things you can buy from the pawn shop and add more details and functionality to certain items and skills.
