Add support for a collection export format to support the NAMA Vouchering Project

To test, go to a project like the NEMF project (project id = 352), click "Observations", then in admin mode go to "Download Observations". This PR adds a new option called "North American Mycological Association (NAMA)".

Known issues at the moment:

1. Has N+1 issues relative to Field Slip data since I didn't take the time to add that to the AR query supporting reports, so the report takes a while to generate.
2. There are a variety of questions related to some of the specific fields that are outlined in an email I sent out on Dec 15, 2024. This questions need to be resolved before this can go live.
3. Needs tests once the implementation is solid.
