Enable/disable all the hierarchy of objects in Outfit panel

Instead of having to enable/disable all children of an Outfit piece in the Outfit or Extras list, shift click on the button to enable/disable all children at once.

For instance, shift-clicking on Dual Katana Black Holster will disable all the items below it.
