Where/how do we want to link or curate other materials?

Someone from UW-Cryo submitted this Zenodo dataset (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.7972223 ) to be included in our Zenodo Openscapes Community:

This ASTER L1A dataset was procured from NASA EarthData portal and is provided here so that it can be accessed for the open-source stereo processing tutorial.

We don't curate datasets in Zenodo Openscapes and the Cookbook tutorials are Openscapes Mentors work. Where/how do we want to link or curate other materials? I'd like to provide a "generous no" when I say we won't add the dataset to Zenodo Openscapes, but we can do X
