Cookbook Hackday May 22: ASDC tutorial review process & documention for authors & reviewers

Today @danielfromearth screenshared tutorial he is reviewing to add to the ASDC cookbook: https://nasa.github.io/ASDC_Data_and_User_Services/

We started documenting a guide for authors and reviewers, thinking about how this could work both for ASDC and Earthdata Cloud Cookbooks. We took notes in our Coworking doc that we'll develop further next time, and add to the Cookbook.

Other big theme: pause, fork, do that @jules32 and @LizNeeley have been working on:

• pause (breath, take a beat, write it down, review goals)
• fork (does something already exist? have I been here before?)
• do/act (could be asking a question, looking something up, gearing up to build)
