add link to ASDC tutorial site #387

@danielfromearth, if you weren't adding this to the "tutorials" navbar item, what would be something we a new navbar item be we could add it to? I am thinking we could do this for ASDC and also PO.DAAC and other DAAC's Cookbooks. We could also use a homepage that gives tells them that they'll leave the Cloud Cookbook by clicking there (which is fine, but just so they can navigate back if they want to). What do you think? |

@jules32, oh, I missed this message before. Do you mean adding another top-level entry between "tutorials" and "Workshops & Hackathons"? Something like "Tutorials curated by NASA Distributed Active Archive Centers (DAACs)", which links to an index page with links to each DAAC's page, and then put a note about how links go to external websites in that index page?

Hi Danny! I was thinking about something like that, but it's only half-baked. Let's merge this PR now so that the ASDC tutorials are more visible from the Cookbook, and then when @ateucher focuses on the Cookbook more in mid August he can give it a deeper think about the structure. Thanks! |
