Hi @LianGong98 there isn't any way to do this currently, adding the capability to have prognostic leaf pools but static wood pools is something we've had on our list for a while but with no progress, see #516 For 13C, that also is a thing that would need to be added. FATES calculates a 13C of GPP, but not the subsequent allocation of isotope pools or anything downstream. Would be great if you wanted to add that capability! |

Hello,
I would like to run FATES by manually disabling growth to implement a manual static model, while still keeping leaf and carbon storage dynamics active, so that the model can compute leaf δ¹³C.
Is there a recommended way to achieve this?
