• Refactor / Cleanup

  gridded has been put together from `pyugrid`, `pysgrid`, and a bunch of other code, some from `py_gnome`. As a result, we have an inconsistent internal API -- different names for the same thing in different classes, the whole "pysgrid" and "pyugrid" sub-packages with a lot of similar code written in different ways, where there could be shared code, etc. And shouldn't they be called simply `sgrid` and `ugrid` ? it would be nice to have a version 2.0 that was all cleaned up in this regard.
