MSP430 Debug-Header Footprint is incorrect.

The pins are mirrored and the header needs to be mounted on the opposite side of the board. The footprint and routing need to be changed.

* Note: the design goal for the next revision will be to remove the MSP430 altogether and consolidate functionality to a single board/MCU.
