NUTRIENT UNIFICATION OVER YEARS

Current ERDDAP hosts CTD data, BTL data, Nutrient Data, Oxygen Data, and chlor data as individual datasets (internally) - a script merges the CTD and Nutrient data for a MERGED dataset. Oxygen and BTL data are more of an ancillary dataset and chlor is usually maintained by Fisheries/FOCI or E.Wisegarver and are not yet in erddap

Units vary over the years (epic keys with 1 or 2 in front for uml or umkg) and data may be in merged datafiles, independent files or semi-merged btl/nut files. ERDDAP will help here but we need to clean or work with past data and unify
